| 1.Members that get 5 warn , will be ban,people banned more than 3 times are out!!!
2.Please don't ask to be come one of the mod members or and admin.
3.When creating a subject make sure it fits to the category.
4.Please no spamming.
5.Please don't double post.. .UNLESS you are updating your thread.
6.Don't post back old threads.
7.Don't pick/make fun of forum members.. you will be ban.
8.Please Don't keep asking about what's new eg:.. updates for the game.
9.Please Speak english only.
10.The NCOH team are not machines that work fast so please don't hurry as to get the beta's out fast..and also am a busy person so please don't hurry me..
11.If you have problem on the forum no need to post it pm hokage or your country kage .and please think with dignity...
12.Please a reminder If you report someone and we found out that your report is not right this can get you ban.
13.Please don't make triple accounts when your banned or not ban...it does not help the forum..
14.Please don't show any thing that contain ntsdany other mod here..or you will be ban...cause that does not help it's stealing..
15.Don't suggest a new kage when we want new we make new.

16. Mods can get warns. 5 wans = ban + downgraded powers.
17. Mods are not allowed to remove their own warns.
18. You CAN NOT be in 2 or more countries at the same time. (If a admin tells you that its ok, then its OK.)
23. You are not allowed to post someone else work without their permissions.
24. No leaching

| change the rules we have max 5 warn not 500 and you must change them write how much warn you give per spar and other.......  | |
